Job Description
Donegal Airport are seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee Financial Management and HR. This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role. A part-time arrangement may be considered for an exceptional candidate. Reporting to the Managing Director and Board of Directors, this is a hands‑on role covering finance, payroll and HR functions.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day financial operations and internal controls.
* Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
* Ensure timely submission of all tax and statutory returns.
* Manage payroll and support HR functions, including HR records and policies.
* Liaise with auditors, manage CRO compliance and prepare funding applications.
Qualifications
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant with relevant experience.
* Experience in accounting, payroll and HR functions.
* Strong IT skills (MS Office; Sage 50 an advantage).
* Excellent communication skills, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
* Fluency in Irish desired.
