Senior Process Engineer – Longford
Our Client is a global leader materials science and manufacturing company. They are currently expanding their current team to meet customer demand and are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their team. You’ll lead high‑impact projects, drive process improvements, and mentor a team of skilled engineers to deliver real results in efficiency, quality, and output.
What you’ll do:
Lead and execute process and manufacturing improvement projects.
Champion quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Collaborate across maintenance, quality, and operations teams.
Coach and develop your team, managing their projects and priorities.
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with 5+ years in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment (medical device experience an advantage).
Proven project leader with strong problem‑solving, data analysis, and continuous improvement skills.
Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and a drive for change.
Skilled in Lean tools and process optimization.
Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects.
