Office Administrator
Cirrus ERP Ltd is seeking to hire an experienced Office Administrator who understands how a business really works someone whos worn many hats in an SME and knows how to keep everything running smoothly.
Youll manage the day-to-day operations, support customers, handle accounts, and aid continuous improvement withing the business. If you enjoy improving processes, solving problems, and making systems work better, this role will give you the perfect platform to grow and evolve with the business.
What youll be doing:
* Overseeing the daily running of office operations.
* Managing invoicing, payments, and general accounting functions.
* Providing excellent customer service and internal coordination.
* Scheduling tasks, meetings and projects.
* Preparing reports and helping streamline business processes.
* Working closely with management to identify and implement improvements.
What were looking for:
* Proven experience in administration or operations within an SME.
* Solid grasp of business processes across finance, operations, and customer support.
* Confident with Microsoft 365 and common office/accounting tools.
* Strong communicator with analytical and problem-solving ability.
* Highly organised, dependable, and able to take ownership of outcomes.
* A natural curiosity for how things work and how they can work better.
