Asset Optimization Specialist
This role involves coordinating maintenance, managing external service providers, handling stakeholder relationships, supporting strategic decision making, and ensuring assets are presented and operated to a high standard.
* Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and scheduled inspections to minimize downtime.
* Engage and manage external service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality services and cost efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
* Maintain up-to-date maintenance records, service contracts, and warranties to support informed decision making.
* Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
* Foster positive stakeholder relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
* Degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Asset Management or related field (preferred)
* Proven experience in asset management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Knowledge of asset management principles, real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
