Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Import Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This position is office-based, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Following the probation period, you will have the flexibility to work from home one day a week based on business needs. The role involves coordinating operational and administrative processes related to imports across air, sea, and international road freight. This includes taking charge of invoicing, job costing, and documentation, as well as preparing customs entry documentation. You will also be responsible for arranging and coordinating collections efficiently, managing tracking of consignments, and delivering timely updates to customers and stakeholders. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative import role within freight forwarding is required. Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding sector, with hands-on experience in international road freight and/or air or sea freight is essential. Solid understanding of Irish customs processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are necessary for success in this role.
