Main responsibilities:
* Work alongside and learn from experienced Project Managers and Engineers, supporting cGMP equipment procurement, installation, and qualification across various areas within Sanofi Waterford — including Sterile Manufacturing, Medical Device, Packaging, and Laboratory environments.
* Understanding and delivery of equipment specification in conjunction with area subject matter experts.
* Involvement in full project life cycle – design, procurement, installation, qualification & Handover.
* Learn key fundamentals of project management for Budgets, Schedule, Scope & Quality Deliverables.
* Support scheduling, planning project life cycle activities and presentations to key stakeholders.
* Writing Business cases to understand return on investment opportunities for Sanofi Waterford
* Supporting core team meetings and building communication skills.
About you
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
* 2nd or 3rd year student status, working towards a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process, or a similar engineering discipline
* Ability to execute projects within required timelines
* Strong communication skills (written and oral)
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications
* Good organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
* Strong team collaboration skills
