You will take full ownership of the site and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesFull day-to-day management of the siteReading, interpreting, and working from construction drawingsOrdering and managing materialsCoordinating and managing subcontractorsEnsuring all works comply with building regulations and company standardsUsing Procore to manage documentation, reporting, and project workflowsOverseeing onsite H&S and ensuring compliance at all stagesWorking closely with the site admin / BCAR personnel and site engineer (engineer starting in January)RequirementsProven experience running a full site independentlyStrong understanding of timber frame housingAbility to manage programme, logistics, and contractors confidentlyCompetent with Procore or similar construction management softwareExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skillsAbility to make confident decisions without hesitationWhat is on OfferCompetitive salary €75–85kStrong benefits packageOpportunity to lead a flagship residential scheme in MalahideSupportive team structure with admin and engineering resources provided
