Inside Sales Account Representative - German speaker - CL11 at Accenture UK & Ireland.
As part of Accenture’s Digital Inside Sales team, you’ll help businesses of all sizes get the most out of digital advertising platforms. Your role is to build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth through smart, customer-focused sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Engagement & Sales: Reach out to leads via calls and emails to promote products and services; respond to inbound inquiries with tailored solutions; manage the full sales cycle: qualify leads, present solutions, close deals; identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling; deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to clients.
* Campaign & Account Management: Set up and optimize advertising or product campaigns for maximum ROI; monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights; collaborate with clients on creative, targeting, and strategy.
* Data & Reporting: Keep accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); prepare performance reports for clients and internal teams; share client feedback and market insights to improve strategies.
* Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure client success; participate in training and feedback sessions to sharpen sales skills; stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Skills & Qualifications
* Must-Have: 2–3 years of sales experience (at least 1 year in outbound, digital, or ad sales); experience managing B2B or B2C client portfolios; proven track record of meeting sales targets; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and analytics tools; English proficiency (C1); German proficiency (C1).
* Nice-to-Have: Experience with SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital advertising sales; familiarity with Google Ads, social media advertising, or e-commerce platforms; knowledge of advanced sales tools (e.g., Clari, Steelbrick CPQ); additional languages; certifications in sales or digital advertising.

* High school diploma required.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred.
* Equivalent certifications or vocational training considered.
Work Model
* On-site role (up to 5 days in office as required).
* Must live within designated boundary limits.
