To assist persons with a disability with residential, training and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning to maintain independence and/or to improve skills that will make them more independent.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Social Care Worker is part of the on-floor duty team and will be responsible for co-ordination of the shift whilst on duty and for the supervision of other staff under their direction.Collaborate as part of a MDT in service delivery to residents.Report directly to the Person In-Charge.
