Luxury Wedding Planner
As a Luxury Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing high-end weddings and events at a prestigious property.
* Manage incoming wedding enquiries and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of event details.
* Issue contracts for confirmed bookings and manage client communication throughout the planning process.
* Maximize revenue by effectively managing diaries and identifying opportunities for upselling.
* Prepare and file accurate event correspondence, including contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents.
* Distribute function sheets accurately and ensure that all necessary information is communicated to clients and staff.
* Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure accurate billing and payments.
* Produce regular reports on sales performance and event metrics.
* Provide exceptional customer service and attend to any client concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Meet and greet clients on the wedding day to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong administrative background, excellent IT skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and PMS systems.
