Role Description
* Day to day management on site, reporting to the Project Manager
* Attend all onsite meetings
* Implement Health & Safety procedures
* Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget
* Manage sub-contractors in an effective manner, ensuring any snags are revisited and completed to a high standard
* Manage all finishes
* Ensure handover to the client is achieved in a timely fashion
Skill Requirements
* Extensive experience on commercial and residential projects
* Experience in the management of sub-contractors
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to motivate and manage
* Ability to present reports defining projects progress, problems and solutions
* 6-8 years' relevant experience working directly for a medium-large main contractor as a finishing foreman on commercial projects
* Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification

Pay: €50,486.16-€75,943.18 per year
