Current Project Lilly is constructing a Next Generation Biotech Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility in Limerick, Ireland.
This state-of-the-art site will incorporate advanced manufacturing technologies and data platforms to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and process performance.

Role Overview The Warehouse Supervisor will lead and supervise Warehouse Operators at the Logistics Centre in Limerick.
Initially, responsible for preparing the facility for operation, and subsequently managing daily activities aligned with production targets.
The Supervisor acts as the management representative on shift.

Key Responsibilities Leadership and Supervision: Oversee inbound, outbound, weigh & dispense, and sampling activities; support inventory management and material flow. People Management: Manage performance, assign tasks, ensure coverage, adhere to policies, conduct pass-downs, and lead teams during startup and operation phases. Compliance Culture: Promote quality and safety standards, ensure adherence to procedures, participate in audits, and maintain documentation and housekeeping standards. Routine Operations and Start-up: Manage daily meetings, escalate issues, coordinate responses to quality and safety events, assign tasks, and ensure documentation completion. Operations Management: Lead data integrity efforts, plan and schedule work, coordinate maintenance, and establish safety and environmental standards. Minimum Requirements Four years GMP manufacturing experience. Strong communication skills, knowledge of GMP regulations, safety and environmental compliance, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Technical problem-solving skills, leadership experience, and prior supervisory roles in manufacturing. Educational Background Leaving Certificate or equivalent experience.

Additional Information During startup, shifts will be primarily day shifts; as operations normalize, 12-hour shift work may be required.
Overtime may also be necessary.
