This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in AI and GenAI within a fast-paced, production-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions in a production setting.Build and optimise machine learning models, with a focus on large-scale datasets and GenAI applications.Collaborate closely with data engineering, product, and customer stakeholders to deliver actionable solutions.Apply strong data science methodologies across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and reporting.Leverage Databricks for scalable model development and deployment.About You8+ years' experience as a Data Scientist with a strong record of implementing AI in production systems.Ideally 1+ year experience in GenAI (LLMs, RAG, or related applications).Solid experience with Databricks (heavily prioritised).Excellent communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong background in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, scipy) and modern ML techniques.Proven ability to work independently while collaborating in cross-functional teams.
