We're now hiring a
Growth & Partnerships Associate
to join our growing commercial team — with a clear path to develop into a
B2B Growth Executive
role.


What You'll Be Doing (Associate Level)

You'll work closely with the Commercial Director to expand our reach across corporates, associations, and universities by:


Building Partnerships

* Researching and connecting with professional associations, business networks, and universities
* Coordinating outreach, introductions and meetings
* Managing our partnership pipeline


Growing Our Client Ecosystem

* Nurturing relationships with alumni, clients, and stakeholders
* Supporting referral and engagement initiatives
* Mapping client ecosystems to identify opportunities


Prospecting & Outreach

* Building target lists and managing multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email)
* Qualifying leads and setting up intro calls


Visibility & Thought Leadership

* Identifying speaking, PR and event opportunities for our co-founders
* Coordinating logistics for submissions and events
* Supporting Sandown-hosted roundtables and leadership sessions


Business Development Support

* Assisting with proposal research, drafting, and follow-ups
* Maintaining our CRM and reporting dashboards


Career Progression: B2B Growth Executive

This role is designed as a
launchpad into a full-cycle business development role
. Over time, you'll:

* Own the B2B sales cycle — from outreach to closing enterprise deals
* Build relationships with senior HR, L&D and People leaders
* Lead tailored proposals and client presentations
* Contribute to international expansion and market strategy


Who We're Looking For

We're open to high-potential early-career professionals or ambitious graduates who are:

* Experienced (1–3 years) in business development, partnerships, marketing, or client-facing roles
* Excellent communicators — both written and verbal
* Organised, proactive, and curious with strong research skills
* Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and outreach tools
* Passionate about leadership, coaching, and personal development


Bonus Points For

* Experience in events/webinar coordination
* Strong written content or copywriting skills
* Market research or competitor analysis capabilities
* Entrepreneurial energy and digital savviness


Educational Background

A degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field is desirable — but we're open to diverse academic paths if you bring the right mindset and commercial edge.
