Support mental health and well-being in the workplace by providing individual and group coaching sessions.
Job Responsibilities
* Deliver one-on-one wellbeing coaching sessions, incorporating stress-reduction techniques and coping strategies.
* Facilitate team-based coaching sessions to address group-related well-being topics and promote emotional resilience.
* Develop and deliver training programs on wellbeing, resiliency, and related topics.
* Conduct regular floor walks to observe team interactions and employee demeanor.
Requirements
* Hold a minimum Level 8 BA or BSc (Hons) degree in Clinical Counselling, Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in mental health.
* Demonstrate strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
* Showcase ability to engage clients and build meaningful relationships.
