HR Professional Wanted
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a key member responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
The role involves offering general HR advice, assisting with workplace investigations, updating contracts of employment and company handbooks, and reviewing recent legal case studies. Additionally, you will be required to offer administration and IT proficiency, including comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years' experience in a senior HR role within a busy work environment and hold a CIPD Qualification or/and Diploma/Degree in HR or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing expert HR guidance and support to clients

* Reviewing recent legal case studies and implementing best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:
