Warehouse Customer Administrator
A leading organisation operating within highly regulated, clean, and controlled environments is seeking a Warehouse Customer Administrator to join its fast‑paced logistics and customer operations team based in Leixlip.
This role is central to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day warehouse administration, strong customer communication, and accurate system management across stock, orders, and reporting functions. You will act as a key link between customers, internal operations, and supply chain teams, ensuring a high level of service delivery and operational accuracy at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses
Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted point of contact
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, resolving issues efficiently and proactively
Liaise closely with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth task completion and information flow
Identify customer issues or recurring problems and actively contribute to process improvements and service enhancements
Accurately input, update, and manage data across ERP systems (including SAP or similar platforms)
Generate, compile, and distribute regular customer and internal reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Support warehouse operations including stock control, goods in / goods out administration, and inventory management activities
Ensure all records, documentation, and system entries are maintained to audit and compliance standards
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and warehouse operations
Skills & Experience Required
2-3+ years' experience in a customer service, warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain support role
Strong customer focus with the ability to understand needs and deliver practical solutions quickly
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/WMS system is highly desirable
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
Problem‑solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach
