Financial Services Representative
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative.
This role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to provide exceptional customer service, work in a fast-paced environment, and develop their skills in financial services.
About this Role:
* You will be working closely with customers on the banking hall floor, engaging them about their needs and guiding them towards suitable self-service options such as mobile app or internet banking. Ensuring that all customer queries are addressed efficiently and effectively by either yourself or escalating where necessary. You will be involved with various digital tools like iPads which you use to update customer information, sales needs etc. This means staying up-to-date on new products/services offered within company and how these can benefit customers directly therefore enabling growth across wider range of offerings available today!
* Cash handling - processing managing cash cheque lodgements Teller required balancing daily ensuring adequate stock levels throughout day.
