Our client is interested in reviewing profiles for Quantity Surveyors with MEP and/or CSA bias with experience overseeing project costs and securing sub-contractor packages. Responsibilities: Subcontract & Commercial Management: Procure and manage subcontract packages from tender to final account, including payments, variations, and claims. Cost & Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs, prepare budgets, valuations, and ensure timely submission of commercial documentation. Tendering & Documentation: Generate work packages, issue ITTs, analyse tender returns, and prepare subcontract agreements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams to resolve conflicts and drive commercial outcomes. Team Leadership & Reporting: Lead junior commercial staff, and provide regular cost/value, variation, and cash flow reports. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying. 4+ years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimation. Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial. Excellent budgeting and financial forecasting skills. A proven working knowledge of current contract law.
