Key Responsibilities
1. Senior Leader Support: Serve as the first point of contact for our senior leader, handling all correspondence (calls, emails, messages, etc.) promptly, professionally, and confidentially.
2. Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times, representing the organisation appropriately in all interactions.
3. Prioritise and manage the senior leader's day-to-day activities, ensuring optimal time management.
4. Diary & Calendar Management: Manage the senior leader's diary, schedule meetings, confirm appointments, and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Meeting & Travel Coordination: Organise internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials. Arrange complex travel and accommodation itineraries in line with preferences and company policy.
6. Administrative & Office Support: Provide general administrative duties including typing, document preparation, data entry, report generation, and filing.
