What you will Do
* You will be responsible for shaping revenue strategy and leading digital transformation.
* You will take ownership for the maintenance and project management of our revenue management systems including procurement, implementation and training.
* Track and report on performance of member hotels and provide clear data to support the business development team as required.
* Provide analysis, reporting and revenue assistance to member Hotels .
* Monitor performance of member Hotels to maximize Room Revenue while respecting their independent core business and considering all relevant segments to that property.
* You will navigate best practice Ai integrations.
* Ensure clarity between market segments when making pricing recommendations to Hotels.
* Work with the group systems manager to oversee the management of OTA relationships and contracts
* Oversee the management of CRS, channel manager and integration of PMS systems in conjunction with the Group Systems manager.
* To provide Revenue and Systems training to member hotels and to develop suitable training materials to reinforce information delivered.
* Support increased engagement in our systems by member hotels .
* Lead the daily management of the Central Reservations Team in conjunction with the Reservations Manager.
* Represent the company at technology trade shows as required, in order to grow your knowledge of new trends and competitor products. To advise the board on future systems which could shape the strategic direction of the organisation
* Training of Central Office Team in relation to procedures and systems, customer service and ensure compliance with accounts department.
* Maintain product knowledge relating to all members properties in relation to both internal and external factors.
* In conjunction with the Business development managers you would be required to solicit member hotels for rates, special offers and to ensure that all members are familiar with all commercial opportunities open to them.
* Report to the Board as required on any aspects of the role.
* Attend Member meetings and present revenue strategy and results to members as required.
