A leading global consultancy is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Solution Architect to join its technology delivery practice in Dublin. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them define cloud strategies and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design cloud and hybrid architectures using AWS IaaS/PaaS services.
2. Define solution designs that meet business and technical requirements.
3. Lead technical delivery within Agile teams and ensure high-quality output.
4. Support cloud migration, modernisation, and integration initiatives.
5. Contribute to documentation, architecture governance, and technology evaluations.
6. Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
7. Integrate AI/ML capabilities and support data-driven enterprise architectures.
8. Advise clients on cloud cost optimisation and FinOps best practices.
About You
9. 3+ years' experience in cloud architecture or a similar role.
10. Strong expertise across AWS services; AWS certification preferred or a commitment to obtain it.
11. Proven experience designing and delivering complex cloud solutions.
12. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
13. Broad understanding of integration, infrastructure, and multi-system architectures.
14. Experience with DevOps tools, IaC, and cloud cost governance.
15. Knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.
16. Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
