Carry out installation works, upgrades, and refurbishments. Grow our market share in the Irish Market. Act as an interface between customers and the company, resolving queries, issues, and requirements. Respond to customer inquiries via management system, email, phone, and chat. Provide customers with product and service information. Work with a range of existing customers across the 32 counties. Identify potential new clients and introduce our range of products, services, and solutions. Manage customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. What Skills You Need 2 years of previous similar experience desirable, but not essential. Educated in engineering is preferable. Passion for providing high-level support and service to clients. Good knowledge of computers and MS Office suite. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Multi-task oriented. Experience in cleanrooms, HVAC, AHU systems is advantageous. Experience with laboratory equipment preferable, but not essential. Full clean driving licence required. Willingness to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative.
