CapEx Planner Scheduler

Summary:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling capital projects at the Limerick facility, ensuring efficient project execution, accurate reporting, and effective cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including EPS and WBS layouts, covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification of GMP production areas and systems.
* Create Level 3–5 schedules and implement planning, reporting, and analytical tools using Primavera P6.
* Engage effectively with cross-functional teams, tailoring communication to the audience to drive alignment and forward planning.
* Facilitate weekly planning and scheduling meetings, including roundtable workshops, to review progress and address challenges.
* Analyze contractor schedules and integrate multiple inputs to produce detailed master schedules for larger capital projects.
* Identify schedule issues and constraints, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain a comprehensive Project Risk Register.
* Track and control project progress, providing accurate plan-versus-actual reporting through earned value analysis, s-curves, histograms, and tailored graphical updates.
* Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting regularly on project performance.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable cGxP standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and site-specific SOPs.
* Maintain Safe, Clean, and Compliant (SCC) standards in all work areas and equipment.
* Share knowledge and experience with the team, fostering collaboration and a one-team mindset.
* Perform other projects or duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific field, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years' (med-level), 8-10 years' (senior-level) experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project.
