Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience of leading a team in a professional manner, and a strong understanding of merchandising standards. They will also be able to communicate effectively with team members, maintain accurate records, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
* Maintain stock levels and ensure store standards are met.
* Communicate effectively with team members and maintain accurate records.
* Act as a key holder and take responsibility for protecting the store and its assets.
Requirements
* Team player with experience of leading a team in a professional manner.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good merchandising skills/knowledge.
* Ability to support Store Manager in providing training.
* Ability to deal effectively with incidents in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Business/commercial awareness.
