With major expansion and a full store revamp planned for Q2, this role offers the chance to take ownership of an evolving fresh food department and play a key role in shaping the store's future food offering.
Salary: €50k DOE plus Bonus The Role: Manage the overall performance of the fresh food departments including deli, bakery and butchers Lead, train and develop fresh food teams Maintain exceptional standards in food quality, hygiene and presentation Drive sales growth, margin performance and waste control Manage stock ordering, production planning and cost control Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards The Candidate: Proven experience as a Fresh Food Manager in a supermarket environment Strong knowledge of fresh food operations and food safety standards Experience leading and motivating large teams in a busy retail setting Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and control costs Passion for delivering high-quality fresh food and excellent customer service
