Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operative to play a key role in ensuring an efficient working environment and providing first-class facility-related services.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine inspections of the office, communal areas, and production spaces.
* Maintain the external grounds of the facility, including some light gardening work.
* Perform minor repairs and liaise with external contractors.
* Manage and replenish supplies and stock.
* Respond promptly to facility-related issues.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a facility or maintenance role is essential.
* Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical) is required.
* Familiarity with quality standards (GMP, ISO 13485) is an advantage.
* MEWP training would be beneficial.
Working Conditions
This role may involve out-of-hours calls and requires physical stamina, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
