This is a critical role within the Finance function, supporting senior leadership with high-quality financial reporting and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs for senior leadership, providing actionable data to inform decisions.
2. Conduct thorough financial analysis, offering clear insights to support business growth and development.
3. Maintain balance sheet accuracy and implement robust financial controls to mitigate risks.
4. Support audit processes through effective coordination with internal and external auditors.
5. Oversee direct tax compliance, working closely with tax advisors to ensure regulatory adherence.
6. Lead budgeting activities, including cost analysis and performance monitoring to optimize resource allocation.
7. Drive risk management and process improvement initiatives across the finance function.
Requirements for the Role:
A qualified accountant with several years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a high-tech supply chain management environment. Advanced MS Excel and Office Suite skills are essential, along with strong experience in SAP ERP and BI tools.
