Cardiac Physiologist Opportunity
This position offers a chance to work as part of a Cardiac Physiologist team supporting the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, leadership potential, and effective communication abilities. They should be able to assess and intervene in various cardiac situations, lead full-spectrum cardiac tests, and deputize for the Chief Cardiac Physiologist.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working as part of the Cardiac Physiologist team
* Providing assessment and intervention
* Leading & performing full spectrum of cardiac tests
* Deputising for Chief Cardiac Physiologist
* Effective interfacing with consultants, GPs, nurses, and other hospital staff
* Presenting and communicating results
* Attending multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences
* Supporting research and teaching initiatives
Required qualifications include a BSc in Clinical Measurement from Dublin Institute of Technology, Technological University Dublin, or an equivalent relevant scientific qualification confirmed by the Irish Institute of Clinical Measurement Science.
A minimum of 3 years' full-time relevant post-qualification experience is also essential. The candidate must demonstrate:
