About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Site Administrator to join our team in Tyrellstown, Co Dublin. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site office.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the site office, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support to the site team.
* General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arising.
* Conduct document control, including creating packages and collating documents for the site team and assisting subcontractors with queries.
* Liaise with the procurement department to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Manage anomalies and cost the hours in TAG in a timely fashion, ensuring they are clear ahead of payroll every two weeks.
* Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners.
* Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A third-level qualification in a technical discipline such as construction, civil engineering, building surveying, or related area.
* Relevant experience in a civil engineering or construction role, with a strong understanding of building control regulations and code of practice.
* Technically strong with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
