The main responsibilities include assisting customers in identifying and purchasing replacement parts, managing inventory controls, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. The representative will collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure timely and accurate parts supply and will maintain organized records of transactions.
