Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Cleaning Validation Engineer to join our Process Engineering and Validation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cleaning validation activities in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring timely completion of related milestones, and collaborating closely with colleagues within the team and cross-functional departments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cleaning validation, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for GMP manufacturing. A strong background in facility start-up projects, automated systems, and project management would be advantageous.
In this role, you will develop and implement cleaning strategies for Clean in Place (CIP) and Clean Out of Place (COP) systems, lead cleaning validation projects, and author technical protocols and reports.
The selected candidate will also prioritize cleaning validation activities, implement product change over assessments, and identify improvements to cleaning processes. They will serve as a subject-matter expert on cleaning validation activities during regulatory agency inspections and function as a role model for the Engineering function and the wider organization in adherence to corporate core values and PROUD culture.
