We are looking for a Trading Team Manager to drive commercial delivery of the sales floor and coach colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service.
Salary
Up to €45,000 per annum + Bonus + Pension + 7 Weeks Holiday (including Bank Holidays)
Responsibilities
Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end‑to‑end stock management, range change and promotions.
Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights and customer feedback.
Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count.
Lead the team with high availability, well‑planned processes and organised routines.
Coach and develop team members, bringing out the best in them.
