Care Assistant (Disability Services) – Grade 6482
Location
Stillorgan, Dublin South, HSE Dublin and South East
Contract
Flexible part‑time (minimum 48 hours per month) – permanent
Responsibilities
Deliver support following the person’s PCP and care plan
Develop, plan and implement person‑centred plans
Place the person’s needs at the centre of all activities
Work independently and take initiative
Qualifications & Skills
Complete QQI level 5 Health Care qualification (e.g., health, community, care sector)
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Passion for person‑centred support and genuine care for people with complex needs
Full, clean driver’s licence (manual) – desirable
Essential Requirements
Awareness of the Key Worker/Support Worker role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs, and the ability to work on own initiative.
