As a seasoned Change Lead, you will spearhead the implementation of significant business change across Europe, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations. This role demands a deep understanding of change management methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement change management plans aligned with project and organisational goals.
* Identify and engage key stakeholders, understand employee journeys, and address concerns through targeted strategies.
* Create clear, engaging materials for communication and training purposes.
* Establish a change agent network and deliver training to support local adoption and readiness.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives through structured tracking and stakeholder updates.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in M&A change activity, preferably in Europe.
* Proven experience in change management roles within professional firms or consultancy environments.
* Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prosci, ADKAR).
* Excellent communication, creativity, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
