Process Enhancement Specialist

The Process Enhancement Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining business processes to drive improvement and excellence within the client's operations.
* Process Refining: Develop and implement refined process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
* Training and Development: Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to foster professional growth and advancement.
* Communication Strategy: Evaluate current communication channels and protocols within the department and propose improvements to enhance clarity, transparency, and overall effectiveness.
* Strategic Implementation: Implement strategies to encourage open communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across departments.
* Platform Optimisation: Utilise SharePoint architecture knowledge to optimise platforms for optimal visualisation, data management, and communication.
* Customised Solutions: Design and implement customised SharePoint solutions to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and improve data visualisation.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in business process improvement, project management, or organisational development.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
* High proficiency on SharePoint architecture, Microsoft Office suites & Power Apps.
