Key Responsibilities
* Manage the purchasing of key materials from internal and external suppliers to ensure timely placement of purchase orders aligned with lead-times and service level agreements.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, warehousing, operations, and customer service teams to maintain optimal stock levels and contribute to supplier performance monitoring.
* Support quality and onboarding processes for new materials and suppliers.
* Contribute to audit preparations and documentation upkeep.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3–5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles within manufacturing or a related industry.
* A third-level qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics) is a plus.
* Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
