As a core member of our Private Equity Fund Accounting group, you will work alongside highly accomplished professionals delivering award-winning services to some of the most recognised and prestigious clients in the PE industry.ResponsibilitiesAs a PE Accounting Manager, you will:Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and accounting specialists, supporting their development and trainingBecome a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PE client structures and accounting processesManage client deliverables (SLAs) and ensure team performance meets expectationsMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)Oversee the preparation and review of monthly/quarterly reporting packsManage client capital activity processing, including calls, distributions, and transfersReview and prepare management fee, waterfall, and carry calculationsPrepare accounts and/or financial statements for complex PE structuresParticipate in local and global projects to improve processes and deliverablesRegularly engage with your team and manager on individual and team goalsConduct performance reviews and support continuous team developmentMaintain strong client relationships through regular communicationQualifications5+ years’ experience in accounting operations or practice3+ years’ experience in Private Equity (desirable)Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders, and deadlines effectivelySolid understanding of the financial services industry and a keen interest in ongoing learningIf you are interested in making this position yours, please contact Anthony on 01 676 0505, click apply below
