You will lead all aspects of the hotel's online presence, brand positioning, and digital performance, working closely with senior management to support revenue growth, market visibility, and long-term business objectives.Initially, the role will require5 days onsite, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the business, its culture, and its growth plans.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the hotel's overall digital marketing strategyWebsite management, optimisation, and ongoing content updatesDrive SEO strategy and improve online visibility and search rankingsDevelop and execute social media strategy, content planning, and engagementPlan, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across relevant platformsLead brand development and ensure consistency across all digital touchpointsSupport revenue management and sales strategy through targeted campaignsAnalyse performance metrics, reporting on ROI and campaign effectivenessWork closely with senior management to align marketing activity with business growth plansManage external suppliers, agencies, and creative partners as requiredMust-Have RequirementsProven experience in a Digital Marketing role within the hospitality industryExperience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, ready to step forward in their careerStrong knowledge of website management, SEO, social media, and digital advertisingCommercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity to revenue outcomesExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsLiving in Ireland with the full right to work in the Republic of IrelandVisa and relocation packages are not providedSalary & BenefitsSalary: €50,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)8-hour working day with no reduction for break timePaid breaks (30 minutes per day)Paid meal on shiftFree on-site parkingSupportive, family-run working environmentOpportunities for career progression as the business continues to growAccess to professional development and training programmes
