Program Overview This is a fixed‑term, 12‑month contract starting August 2026.
We are inviting ambitious graduate candidates to the 5th cohort of our EMEA Graduate Rotation Program – Solution Engineering Path.
The program is designed to give graduates exposure to both solution engineering and sales.
Top graduates will begin a Salesforce Solution Engineering career after progression.
Promotion windows open from month 7 onwards.
Who are we looking for?2025 or 2026 graduate (minimum bachelor's degree)Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields Creative problem‑solver Relationship builder with a growth mindset Curious, self‑motivated, and focused on continuous learning Thrives in a team environment Excellent interpersonal skills Goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Fluent in English & French Program Structure Introduction Month During the first month, you will receive extensive onboarding and enablement through a Salesforce‑style academy, where you will: Immerse yourself in the culture and values of Salesforce Develop an understanding of our solutions, technologies and tools Learn critical professional skills for a career at Salesforce Follow a structured learning calendar with sessions and hands‑on workshops led by experts and alumni Rotations Graduates on both the Sales and Solution Engineering Paths will follow a similar curriculum.
You will spend 60% of your time in the role with clear tasks and targets, and 40% focused on role‑specific learning.
Each rotation includes pairing with experienced buddies.
First rotation (months 2‑4) can be in Sales, followed by Solution Engineering (months 5‑7), or vice versa.
Over these six months you'll build the fundamental skills for both disciplines.
