Full Time Person in Charge / Social Care Manager
MyLife by Estrela Hall is a leading provider of community based residential and respite services for adults with intellectual, physical, and sensory disabilities in the Northeast region. We are expanding across the region and currently looking for a full‑time Person‑in‑Charge / Social Care Manager for our centre in Ardee, Co. Louth.
As Person in Charge, you will be responsible for the overall management of a designated centre in Ardee, in collaboration with the Director of Care. You will provide leadership and management to your staff, ensuring high quality care is delivered to residents in compliance with regulatory requirements, and champion MyLife’s culture of home, family, and individuality.
Key Responsibilities
Overall management of the Ardee centre.
Leadership and management of staff to deliver high quality care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Promote and embed MyLife's culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Appropriate healthcare qualification.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
Appropriate qualification in health or social care management at an appropriate level.
Strong leadership skills.
Knowledge of HIQA standards.
Full driver’s licence.
