Speech and Language Therapist Senior Grade
Participate in a dynamic team serving children and young people (0-18) with complex needs, offering rewarding roles based in Dublin North, Central, and Northwest.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication requirements.
* Design and deliver tailored therapy programs using evidence-based approaches.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals, to create integrated treatment plans.
* Support families and caregivers with education and strategies to enhance communication at home.
* Lead and contribute to the Assessment of Need (AON) process under the Disability Act.
* Monitor progress and adapt interventions to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
* Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy.
* Minimum of 3 years' post-graduate experience working as a Speech & Language Therapist with experience in paediatric physiotherapy.
* CORU registration or eligibility for CORU registration.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Passion for working with children and young people with disabilities.
* Driving license preferred.
