Centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport, this role will offer you the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel where the highest of standards are in place and where you have all the tools you need to do your job. Working 5 days per week, (39 hours) - weekdays and weekend work is required.

The Role
We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including to:
* Welcome all guests to the hotel.
* Assist guest with storage, delivery and collection of luggage.
* Deliver newspapers, correspondence and packages to guest bedrooms.
* Safely dispatch guests vehicles to and from the Hotel car park.
* Provide information to hotel guests as requested.
* Assist guests with information on tourist attractions and facilities.
* Keep front of house and back of house areas neat and tidy.
* Deal with chauffeur and taxi drivers, tour guides and couriers and keeping the front of the hotel organised.
* Park & retrieve guests' vehicles.
The successful candidate will:
* Have previous experience in a 4 or 5* hotel in the Front Office or Concierge Department.
* Have the drive and talent to grow within our dynamic and service driven environment
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Be knowledgeable about Dublin city and surrounding areas.
* Have previous guest service experience.
* Work well in a team.
* Enjoy guest contact and communicate confidently with them
* Have a genuine passion for service excellence.
* Be computer literate and have knowledge of Opera or equivalent.

Shift work & flexibility are required for this position.
