Contract: Team Leader (28 hours per week) Monday to Friday
Schedule: Approx 8:00am - 2:00pm, Term time only; roster one week in advance.
Start date: End August 2026 (pre‑training may be provided)

Responsibilities
Cooking from scratch: preparing fresh, healthy meals daily in onsite kitchens.
Kitchen management: supporting fast‑paced commercial kitchen operations.
Service delivery: delivering lunches cooked fresh to classrooms.
End‑of‑day clean‑down.
Maintaining high standards of HACCP food safety and hygiene.
Leading kitchen operations such as rostering, placing orders, recruiting and supervising staff.
Rostering issued one week in advance.
Move between schools within a 30‑minute drive for support/cover when needed.
Qualifications
Experience in team leadership, catering, and cooking required.
Training in HACCP preferred.
Positive attitude essential; experience in catering or home cooking a massive advantage.
Mobility: willing to move between schools within 30 minutes drive of main location for support/cover.
All roles subject to Garda Vetting and completion of a Child Protection Course.
