With at least 2 years previous experience, the ideal candidate should be passionate & enthusiastic about the role, enjoy serving and interacting with customers and have a can do attitude to develop their knowledge and skills in their profession
The Person
A minimum of 1 years experience in a high volume food and beverage environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
An individual who takes pride in their presentation.
Proven ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relations.
Willingness to learn and product knowledge and actively upsell.
Cocktail Experience desirable.
