Lead Residential Disability Services Manager
Resilience is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Service Manager to lead our residential disability services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee residential and community-based services within your remit.
* Act as Person in Charge (PIC) in compliance with HIQA standards and regulations.
This role requires you to ensure our service users experience a safe, supportive, and homely environment where they are empowered to live life to their full potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care or equivalent qualification required.
