Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Manager
Mission:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our environmental health and safety management system, ensuring it remains compliant with all relevant regulations across Ireland and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance Group Environmental Health and Safety Management System to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Promote positive health and safety culture through leadership by example.
* Develop and review policies, procedures, and safe systems of work.
* Carry out risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify areas for improvement.
* Manage contractor compliance and oversee chemical safety and hazardous waste processes.
* Deliver induction and ongoing training on environmental health and safety best practices.
* Liaise with relevant authorities including the HSA, HSE, EPA, and Fire Department.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
* Proven track record in managing EHS programs.
* Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
