Job Description
J&J’s Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) organization manages J&J’s global building footprint, supporting growth for Innovative Medicine and Med Tech. The EMEA FM Regional Security and Crisis Management Lead will report to the Senior Director, E&PS EMEA Regional Lead, and will ensure the safety of J&J’s personnel, assets, and operations within the region.
This role involves developing and implementing regional security strategies aligned with global standards, supporting crisis management efforts, and fostering partnerships across security teams to respond effectively to incidents and crises.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
* Partner with Global Security and regional security teams to develop security strategies.
* Contribute to security training programs and oversee vendor management.
* Ensure compliance with security policies and standards, and develop innovative security solutions.
* Lead risk assessments and incident investigations.
* Support crisis management activities, including leading regional CMT meetings, conducting after-action reviews, and developing crisis response strategies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant certifications such as CPP, Physical Security Professional, or Crisis Management Certifications.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
* 10+ years in security management, preferably in a global organization.
* Experience in security strategy development, risk assessments, and incident response.
* 5+ years of people management experience.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
