We care about self-betterment and believe in pushing each other to reach our fullest abilities.

We believe being a leader is not about job title, but how you show up: challenging the status quo and inspiring others with bold ideas, communicating with honesty and clarity, and turning intentions into actions that motivate and empower others.
Show Your Work
We love a finished product, but we also believe in the importance of visibility into the work that got us there. We show our work through clear and consistent communication, enabling our customers and teammates, and telling impactful stories.
Value Long-Term Over Short-Term
We believe in setting our customers and ourselves up for long-term success. That means prioritizing scalability and impact over quick wins, and being intentional about the work we do.
Take It to the Finish Line
We believe in getting things done. That means pushing through ambiguity, asking the right questions, and delivering high quality work to our customers.
Customer-Obsessed
We believe that when our customers win, so do we. That means being flexible with our solutions, matching their urgency, getting our hands dirty when things go wrong, and investing in their innovation. We take the time to truly understand their business, their challenges, and bring them ideas - because we are as committed as they are to their success.
The best teammates create a sense of unwavering support, making those around them feel seen and supported, especially in the toughest moments. Gotchu Energy means never shying away from ambiguity or difficulty, but instead pushing forward with confidence and determination.

Meet Our CEO, Jen Igartua
Having started her career as a marketing operations consultant, Jen realized early on that misalignment between go-to-market teams was a huge challenge for fast-growing companies. This is when she became passionate about RevOps (even though the term itself wasn't a thing yet).
As CEO of Go Nimbly, Jen draws on her years of experience as an operator and technologist, leading the team to do challenging, innovative work that helps companies grow.
On a more personal note, it's also very much worth mentioning that Jen is originally from Spain (read: will always choose tapas if given the option), loves cats and comedy, and has a side hustle designing board games with her friends (who aren't us).
