We are working with one of our key clients who are looking for a Site manager to lead and manage the delivery of allocated projects across various sites. Skills, Qualifications & Experience The role will require the relevant person to lead projects and ensure delivery of the schemes for the clients requirements. Managing installation of modular cabin and ensuring the projects are managed within the correct health and safety regulations. Works productively in a high pressure environment Monitors performance against deadlines and milestones Makes rational judgements from the available information and analysis Listens, consults others and communicates proactively Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way Gains clear agreement and commitment from others through persuading, convincing and negotiating GCSE or equivalent level of education, including Maths and English Full UK driving licence. Project Management qualification, preferably PMQ CSCS Card MAP level SMSTS or equivalent Degree in relevant field of work (or equivalent combined education and work related experience) Proven project management experience Strong all round technical knowledge - including where possible Building Regulations, HTMs, HBNs and CDM Demonstrable knowledge and experience of financial control in delivering projects including negotiation of terms and final accounts Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Project Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation and procedures Ability to produce and maintain linked project programmes (MS Project) and measure/report on progress Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams on complex/high value building projects Knowledge of building services (M&E systems etc) Skills: Construction ManagementConstructionProject PlanningProject Coordination Benefits: Company Vehicle Skills: Construction Management Construction Project Planning Project Coordination Site Management
